The care I received from Ruth was tailered around my individual needs. I was never made to feel rushed, Ruth was very understanding and patient.
I was grateful that my treatment was extended to see me past the first anniversary of my daughters passing, this was a great help to me.
In my experience I don't believe there is anything that could be done to improve my care.

One to one service.
They always seem to know what patients require.
Patient says it is a wonderful place.

I found it useful to be involved with others in the same position as myself, who empatised on discussion groups.
The health care professionals were both sympathetic and caring whilst giving good professional advice.

The care was extremely good and all the staff and volunteers were very good.
There is nothing that could be improved as I was totally satisfied with all my aspects of care.

Access to doctor to discuss my problem to my satisfaction.
Volunteers brilliant.
Food first rate and served first class.
Transport always on time.
Medication - calming.
